The Blue Oak Ridge camping area is centrally located on the hill directly across from the main parking lot and is one of the two original camping areas designated at Los Mochos. The Blue Oak camping area dates back to 1950 when water lines were installed to the ridge after the installation of the main water tank. Blue Oak Ridge is composed of three campsites, Blue Oak North, Blue Oak South and Crow campsite. Each area is composed of tent platforms, a fire-ring, areas to pitch a tent or sleep under the stars along with a kybo and washstand. • Blue Oak Ridge Campground (Established 1950): o Blue Oak Ridge-North o Blue Oak Ridge-South o Crow campsite
